Spun lacing, the so-called "jet spun lace," uses a high-pressure water stream to penetrate into the fiber web to entangle the fibers so that the original loose fiber web can have a certain strong and complete structure. And these features of the spunlace nonwoven fabric make itself a perfect material for manufacturing wet spunlace wipes that are super flexible but not easy to fall off at the same time. Moreover, the 100% high-quality natural raw cotton is also skin-friendly and can provide vital care for sensitive and delicate skin. Manufactured by patented process for low fiber release and high strength, PurCotton's spunlace non-woven fabric for wet wipes is a premium choice for baby care and make-up removal wet wipes.
There are many kinds of fiber raw materials for spunlace non-woven fabrics, which are mainly divided into two categories: natural animal and plant fibers, and chemical fibers. Specifically, cotton fibers, lyocell fibers, silk, bamboo fibers, polyester, viscose, polyester and polypropylene, etc. The most widely used for facial wipes fibers on the market are cotton, viscose, polyester and polypropylene. Compared with chemical fibers, spunlace nonwoven fabrics made of cotton fibers are softer, have excellent water retention, and will not fall off fibers, which are popular with consumers. 100% cotton spunlace nonwoven fabric has always been the preferred raw material for high-end facial wipes brands around the world.
Over the past few years, the nonwoven wipes industry has experienced booming demand that has challenged all stages of the supply chain. With the Covid-19 outbreak, the supply of disinfecting wipes is at an all-time high, and the demand for antibacterial and cleaning wipes is at an alarming rate. According to Smithers report - The Future of Global Nonwoven Wipes to 2027, the global wipes market is expected to consume 2.1 million tonnes or 41.6 billion square metres of nonwovens, valued at $29.0 billion in 2027. Forecast growth rates for 2022-27 are 7.4% (tonnes), 8.6% (square metres) and 6.8% (sales $). Winner Nonwovens has 21 spunlace lines, a strong supply capacity to help your brand meet the huge market demand.
I tried another brand of cotton dry wipes, but while they were soft on my nose (I really hate getting Red Nose from the irritation of paper tissues over the course of a severe cold or allergies), they tore with the slightest pull. Not so with the Winner brand. They're stretchy, which means they won't tear when pulling them out of the package, and they don't leave any fuzz behind.
Use as a feminine wipe with warm water. Put a couple of facial tissues between two of the dry wipes to make it more cushiony. Can't use commercial wipes because they have too many irritating chemicals.
I love these tissues. I use them to dry my baby's butt after diaper changes, to wipe up her face when she spits up, to pat myself dry as I was recovering from delivery and basically everything that needs gentle wiping. They dont leave lin qnd they never tear. I also love that they are biodegradable. I'm taking away one star because the packaging is plastic and I wish it was cardboard or paper or anything else that doesn't take forever to decompose.
