Cotton is a naturally grown fiber that can be used directly. In the process of making finished products, only simple physical impurity removal and carding are required without chemical processing, which is safer and healthier. As mentioned before, cotton tissue is made of 100% cotton. Since cotton is made in nature, it can be biodegraded by nature. According to Cotton Incorporated's research report, cotton can be naturally degraded in a variety of environments, such as wastewater, soil, oceans, lakes, and more. It's estimated that there are now at least 5.25 trillion plastic particles, weighing 270,000 tons, floating in the world's oceans. Instead of breaking down, these particles continue to accumulate, causing further damage to the planet's marine habitats. Scientists predict that by 2050, there will be more plastic in the world's oceans than in fish.

What is Cotton Tissue Used for?

Premium Cotton tissue is an eco-friendly alternative to paper napkins and face towel. Winner uses spunlace non-woven fabric made of 100% cotton to make cotton tissue, which is thicker and more flexible than paper towels, and is more convenient and cleaner than towels. It can be used to clean the face, hands, and mouth, and it's more than enough for even delicate baby butts. Because of its soft texture, wet water does not break, so it can also replace face towel to wash your face. It can also be paired with a makeup remover to remove make-up, or soaked in a toner and applied to the face. Since it does not add any chemical additives and has passed the EU's safety standards, it can also be in direct contact with food, used to scrub fruit and contain food.

The invention of cotton tissue originated from the spunlace nonwoven technology of Winner Medical. Different from the spunlace non-woven fabrics produced by other manufacturers, this technology uses 100% cotton as the raw material, combined with the post-bleaching process, so that the microbial burden of the fabric is extremely low, and the flexibility of the fabric is at a high-quality state. Moreover, due to the breathability and softness of cotton, the cotton spunlace non-woven fabric is softer and more skin-friendly, which is an ideal material for cotton tissue.
